1. Digital Products (eBooks and Frameworks)
All Sales Are Final Because our products are digital and delivered instantly (or manually verified and delivered shortly after payment), they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Therefore, once a digital product is purchased and access is provided (via email, direct download link, or WhatsApp), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
2. Mentorship Programs
Fees paid for our 1:1 mentorship programs are also strictly non-refundable once the program has commenced, proprietary frameworks have been shared, or the initial onboarding has taken place.
3. Exceptions and Technical Issues
While we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or failure to implement the educational frameworks, we are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you paid for. We will manually intervene to provide a replacement file or fix your access if:
- The downloaded PDF file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened.
- You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error on our payment gateway (duplicate charges will be refunded upon verification).
- You completed a manual payment via Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bank Transfer, but a technical glitch prevented file delivery (we will manually send the file via WhatsApp or email).

If you face any issues downloading, opening, or accessing your purchased digital product, please do not worry. Contact us immediately, and our team will ensure you receive a working copy of your eBook or framework as quickly as possible.
